Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and email hosting services provided by PocHost (“PocHost,” “we,” “us”). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Who can use PocHost

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your passwords secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@pochost.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Services

We provide shared web hosting and email hosting with the resources listed for your plan on our website. Your service runs on servers operated by our infrastructure provider. Resource limits such as storage, bandwidth, email accounts, and databases apply as described in your plan.

4. Billing and renewal

5. Late payment and suspension

If an invoice isn’t paid by its due date, we’ll send reminders by email. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend your service until payment is received. If an account remains suspended for non-payment for 30 days, we may terminate it and delete its data.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your client area or by emailing us. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that violate it, especially where activity harms other customers, our servers, or the public.

8. Your content and backups

You own the content you store on our servers and are responsible for it. While we take reasonable steps to protect our systems, you’re responsible for keeping your own backups of your website and email. We aren’t liable for lost data.

9. Availability

We work to keep services running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control can cause downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PocHost isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or on our website before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
