Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Our servers are shared, so what happens on one account can affect everyone else. This policy describes what isn’t allowed on PocHost services.
You may not use PocHost to
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or use purchased or scraped email lists.
- Host phishing pages, malware, or anything designed to trick people or harm their devices.
- Break the law, including infringing copyrights or trademarks.
- Host content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence against people, or harasses others.
- Attack, scan, or try to break into other systems, including other customers’ accounts.
- Run processes that place an unreasonable load on the server, such as cryptocurrency mining or file-sharing services.
- Resell hosting space without our written permission.
Resource use
Each plan includes the storage, bandwidth, and limits shown on our website. If an account uses so much of the server’s processing power or memory that it slows things down for others, we’ll contact you about fixing it or moving to a bigger plan. In urgent cases we may limit or pause the account first.
What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on the situation, we may warn you, remove the offending content, suspend your account, or terminate it without a refund. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse involving a site or email hosted with us, email support@pochost.com with as much detail as you can.
