This policy explains what information PocHost collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you order or contact us.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe and PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits, but never your full card number.
• Service data: the domain names you host, account usage such as storage and bandwidth, and server logs needed to run and secure the service.
• Website data: our billing site uses cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and bill for your services, send invoices and service notices, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run PocHost, such as our hosting infrastructure provider and our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your content

We don’t look through the websites or email you host with us, except when needed to fix a problem you’ve asked us about, investigate abuse, or comply with the law.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as needed afterward for tax and legal purposes. Website and email data is deleted after your service ends.

Your choices

You can update your account details in your client area anytime. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email support@pochost.com.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let customers know by email.
