Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PocHost. This policy explains when refunds are available.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re a new customer and you cancel a hosting plan within 14 days of your first payment, we’ll refund that first payment in full. This applies once per customer.

Monthly renewals

After the first 14 days, monthly payments aren’t refundable, including partial months. When you cancel, your service stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

When refunds don’t apply

• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Domain name registrations or renewals, if purchased through us, since those fees are paid to the registry right away.

How to request a refund or cancel

Cancel from your client area at billing.pochost.com, or email support@pochost.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
